In the ever volatile and changing political environment a dramatic phenomena has surfaced in the political arena. Just like a title wave, the moment after it breaks the surface, its presence and strength can no longer be dismissed or denied.
 
The 2007 voter roles in Los Angeles County alone, list the number of decline voters at over 741,000. This is the fastest growing political force and keep in mind; up until now there have been no organized voter registration or re-registration efforts. That is about to change.
 
In many California State Assembly Districts such as the 42nd, 47th and 39th, the number of registered decline to state voters surpass the number of registered Republicans by the thousands.
 
The need exists for a source of non-partisan un-biased information on issues and candidates which the decline to state voter can access. If you feel that the information is biased or that you want to contribute to the site please comment on our blog.
